One way to distract myself

Baking bread has become a pretty good way to occupy my brain when I feel awful.

It takes a few hours and feels good when I’m done. Hopefully it tastes good!

I've been living with chronic pain for almost 30 years and I've been through the ringer with injections, medications, physical therapy, Eastern medicine, group meetings, and surgery.
